MSL and APL lab research resource

The Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (MSL) is a part of the Molecular Structures Group (MSG) at KU. We are a research resource with a primary mission to provide collaboration and service in chemical analysis by mass spectrometry and to educate investigators on the uses of mass spectrometry as a research tool. The MSL's sister lab, the Analytical Proteomics Lab (APL), was created to provide the research community with expertise in protein identification, analysis of protein primary structure and post-translational modifications.
