The Thermo Scientific Q Exactive HF hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap benchtop mass spectrometer combines ultra-high field orbitrap mass analyzer with a high-performance quadrupole mass analyzer. The instrument offers a maximum resolving power up to 240,000 at 200 m/z, accurate-mass (HR/AM) and a scan speed of 18Hz at 15,000 resolution. Its high-scan speed and spectral multiplexing capabilities make it fully compatible with UHPLC and fast chromatography techniques. With its very fast isolation and fragmentation capabilities, the instrument achieves overall cycle times of 1 s for a top 15 to 20 higher energy collisional dissociation method. The Q Exactive HF is interfaced to a Dionex UltiMate 3000 nanoRSLC for LC-MS and LC-MS/MS applications and a nano spray flex ion source.

This instrument is used for routine proteomics applications from bottom-up protein identification to quantitative isotopic labeling analyses to targeted quantification experiments. Applications include characterization of simple and complex protein mixtures including whole cell lysates, mapping of posttranslational modifications, and quantitative proteomics analysis of metabolic labeled (SILAC) samples or identification of chemically isotope labeled proteomes using Tandem Mass Tags (TMT) for multiplexing quantitative analysis.

The Waters SYNAPT G2 MS provides a high-resolution exact MS/MS system with wide range of experimental options, with both CID and ETD fragmentation capabilities. It can operate in two modes: TOF mode and Mobility-TOF mode. It is equipped with an Acquity UPLC for the highest chromatographic resolution, speed and sensitivity.

The Waters Q-Tof Premier is a Quadrupole Time-of-Flight (TOF) tandem mass spectrometer featuring T-Wave (Travelling Wave) technology. High resolution gives the selectivity needed to separate analyte spectra from interferences and background chemical noise, high sensitivity helps to achieve very low detection limits. It is capable of a variety of ionization options that apply to a range of compound classes, from small organic molecules to peptides to intact proteins of 60kD or more.

Waters Quattro micro-GC is a tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer. This GC-MS provides high sensitivity, selectivity and linearity for accurate and reproducible quantification. Mass range is 4-1500 Da. It can be used in Electron Impact (EI) and positive and Negative Chemical Ionization (CI) mode. This instrument is an open access instrument, and our staff is there to train and help you with your analysis.

Waters LCT Premier Mass Spectrometer is a time-of-flight mass spectrometer. This instrument with its high resolution provides mass measurements within ppm mass accuracy. This instrument is an open access instrument, and our staff is there to train and help you with your analysis.
