Todd Williams is the Director of the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory and the Analytical Protemomics Laboratory.  He has had the appointment since starting his career at the university in 1991.

Prior to join the university, he was a Postdoctoral Associate from 1989 to 1991 at the University of California-Berkeley.

Mr. Williams earned his B.A. in Chemistry/Biology from Middlebury College in 1979.  In 1985 he earned his M.S. in Chemistry and in 1989 he earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry both from the University of Maine. 

In 2013, Todd received the KU ‘Leading Light Award’ given to principal investigators or co-principal investigators on grants of $1M or more.
